3. How long will it take to get my order?
Answer: We will endeavour to despatch your goods within 48 hours. Standard Delivery will be posted via First Class Royal Mail and may take 3-5 working days. Guaranteed Express Delivery (next day courier delivery) is only available if your order is placed before 12pm, Monday-Thursday.

5. Missing part of your order?
Answer:
- Please check your confirmation email to see if all items were ordered.
- Please check your despatch email to see if any items have been cancelled. Occasionally, if any items are out of stock, to avoid delaying the whole order, we will cancel the out of stock item and despatch the rest to you. The paperwork sent with your order will detail everything we have sent you and we will only charge you for the items sent.
- Check the paperwork included in your parcel as items may have been sent out separately and may be delivered at different times.
- Please remove all packaging to confirm the item is not at the bottom of the parcel.
