Please see below some regular questions from our customers

£3.99 standard 1st Class delivery, £5.99 guaranteed next day delivery (with order placed by 12pm Mon-Thurs).

We accept payment by debit or credit card only. Payment will be debited from your account at the time of or shortly before despatch of the product to you.

You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. Fraudulent use of credit cards will be reported to the relevant authorities. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment we will not accept your order and we will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery and we are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal.

We are not responsible for your card issuer or bank charging you as a result of our processing of your credit/debit card payment in accordance with your order.

We will endeavour to despatch your goods within 48 hours. Standard Delivery will be posted via First Class Royal Mail and may take 3-5 working days. Guaranteed Express Delivery (next day courier delivery) is only available if your order is placed before 12pm, Monday-Thursday.

Please check your confirmation email to see if all items were ordered successfully.
Please check your despatch email to see if any items have been cancelled. Occasionally, if any items are out of stock, to avoid delaying the whole order, we will cancel the out of stock item and despatch the rest to you. The paperwork sent with your order will detail everything we have sent you and we will only charge you for the items sent.
